So, earlier this week, I went to Pho Nhat, a Vietnamese noodle restaurant on the Southeast corner of University Drive and Rural Road, and let’s see what that place is all about!
Pho (or Phở in Vietnamese. Pronounced “fuh” in English) is rice noodle in beef broth. It is a staple Vietnamese food, and there are other Pho places here in Phoenix.
The place is located inside a strip mall, which is packed with restaurants. So, if Vietnamese cuisine is not on your list, there are other choices, such as Chars, which serves Thai food, Gus’, which serves pizza, Delhi Palace, which serves Indian, Pita Fresh, and Blue Nile Cafe, which serves African food.
